Lack of security is a well known problem in our society today. The general understanding of our people and the politicians in particular is that the distribution of police men everywhere is security. This can explain why most of our wealthy people go about with police escorts, but, this is not security.

The collection of good information, use and the proper dissemination of the information gives rise to absolute security network. Need I mention that, the collection of the bio data of everyone in the state and the declaration of all assets and properties of all, will provide a data base and a good security information network for the state. More so, it will provide good intelligence for the police to effectively do their work.
